Development success story.

"He who breathes most air
lives most life."

-- Elizabeth Barrett Browning

Increasing Blood Oxygen

There are several ways I like to increase blood oxygen.

The hierarchy is from the most passive to the most active.

What I mean by passive is to get as much oxygen in the body with the lease amount of energy expended. After that the economic impact needs to be considered as well as the convenience.

  1. The primary method for massive quantities is clearly a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

  2. Next would be releasing the accessory breathing muscles that are constricting the ease of chest expansion using the Optimal Breath Releases (OBRs) and Strapping techniques.

  3. Posture and ergonomics to support a passive "easiest" - we all have an easier way of breathing; it just needs to be sought.

  4. #130 Better Breathing Exercise #2.

  5. The Optimal Breathing Side to Side Exercise

  6. Liver cleanse

  7. The balance of the appropriate Optimal Breathing Exercise Series that relate to the specific condition(s). Taken from the manual. This includes exercise such as walking, swimming, but it also includes other specific breathing exercises, props, sleeping or rest and recovery positions, etc.

  8. Dietary/supplementation considerations including Oxy-Water

  9. 7 and 8 are interchangeable depending upon the situation.

  10. Weight loss. I put weight loss later in the hierarchy as it often just happens by itself when the previous methods are implemented. The increased oxygen increases the metabolism -- fire -- and burns off extra calories.

  11. Breathing coordination - to ensure maximal progress in private session only. Instituted in conjunction with all the above wherever possible. This is the integration of the mechanical changes already made.

  12. #599 E3Live™

The above methods are implemented in the most practical or convenient order, even though some are clearly superior to others. Go with what makes you feel better, energetic, rested, clear-headed, relaxed, sexual, etc.
