Breathing Exercise for Prosperity
The following is a short, and very simple, technique I
created to stimulate the flow of energy through some of
your body's main meridians. This gentle process quickly
results in a shift in energy, and a relaxing of fixed
(often unconscious) beliefs you may have around prosperity
and abundance.
Here's the technique:
As you begin each of the following steps tune into one
important prosperity goal you have, or simply focus on
having more prosperity and abundance in your life.
- Touch either eyebrow point (the inside end of either
eyebrow, end near bridge of nose) with one finger tip, and
repeat out loud "I release any programming from my past
that caused me to dislike money, or to believe that having
money is not spiritual." Then, while your finger tip is
still touching that point, take one deep slow breath in
and out.
- Touch side of eye (outside side of either eye, on bone
near temple) and repeat out loud "I release all the anger
I have toward individuals with lots of money." Then,
while your finger tip still is touching that point, take
one deep slow breath in and out.
- Touch under either eye (under either eye on bone) and
repeat out loud "I release any programming from my past
that caused me to be afraid of having money." Then,
while your finger tip is still touching that point, take
one deep slow breath in and out.
- Touch under nose (above upper lip) and repeat out loud
"I let go of any embarrassment I have around my present,
or past, financial situation." Then, while your finger
tip is still touching that point, take one deep slow
breath in and out.
- Touch under bottom lip (in the crease before chin begins)
and repeat out loud "I release any shame I have around my
present, or past financial situation." Then, while your
finger tip is still touching that point, take one deep
slow breath in and out.
- Now take a moment to breathe deeply and reflect on how
relaxed you are, and clearer you are, around the subject
of abundance and prosperity.
