It is easier to gradually shrink your stomach and appetite than to endlessly exercise in order to burn 100 extra calories from food you should not have eaten in the first place. Start by counting your calories from fat for 5 days and take an average. Reduce the amount over the next ten days by 10%. Ten days later, reduce the amount another 10%. Repeat this process three times over a month. Exercise moderately-even walking in place for 5 minutes at a time is good. Do this several times a day-and you'll see the pounds melt away.
